Maker Community
UTeach Maker Cohort Meetings and Workshops
As a part of UTeach Maker, I was able to join a cohort of other aspiring teachers who are passionate about bringing creativity and innovation to their STEM classrooms. In UTeach Maker, we are given the opportunity to work with a personal mentor, learn a variety of Maker technologies, participate in specialized internships, and share ideas and learn from fellow students. One of my favorite things about the UTeach Maker is that as individuals we are all doing different things and have different Maker-related passions, and we get to share those with each other, teach and learn from each other, and build each other up.
